The two ladies that were working there on Saturday 2/24/18 were very rude and impatient, They asked me if I could fold up the blankets I rented and park the van for them which I did and had no problem with doing. When I parked the van and folded up the blankets I went back to the office and one of the ladies asked if the blankets and utility Dollie was in the back , and I said yes they were. They ended up charging me extra for not folding up the blankets and leaving a mess. When I asked them why they charged me for all that they said I was a liar and said the truck was a mess and I didn’t do anything they had asked me to do.

after dropping off truck - need better communication about returning to office after parking the truck (back of storage facility). I was waiting for someone to come out and do "check out" inspection, and finally went back to office when no one showed up.



When I gave the vehicle (15 foot truck) back to its gas expectations, I was still charged for not meeting the given mark when CLEARLY I put enough gas where it needed to be! I will NOT come back here nor recommend this U-Haul location to anybody!

They had my van ready, and the van was in great condition. The woman at the front desk (Kim) was very rude. Hardly professional, did not acknowledge me for a few minutes after I walked in, very short with me and calloused personality. The other woman who was there before closing, around 4:30pm on 12/30, was very sweet and helpful.

It used to be that more of the vans had back-up cameras. That makes them a lot easier to maneuver for someone like me who only drives a big vehicle a couple times a year. Other than that, it is my favorite place to rent a van. It's convenient and the staff is always nice.

Recognize the prior reservation, not mistake who you are dealing with, not bill for the wrong and more expensive rental. The web site should make it very clear what additional documentation will be required at pick up beyond proof of purchase power and identity of the reservationh.

Very little to no parking area, hard to navigate when there is more than one customer in the store at one Ttime. Rental was brand new, super reliable. Staff was helpful, but not terribly friendly. Probably not a morning person or related better to cats.

I received a text stating I could return the truck self service. That was not the case as the drop off location was closed. Very annoying. Secondly, I do not understand how you calculate mileage. I went over 11 miles and was charged for this. I would like to be credited the amount back. Thanks
