The cab was dirty. Something sticky on seat and door. Main complaint is the app. It's horrible. There is stuff you can do before hand like download personal info so your not wasting time to get moving . Then at the end when you just want to turn it in you take pictures. Which I get-but it kept locking up and I couldn't get it to save the pictures. Very frustrating

Gabriel LI ordered the U-Haul online, which turned out to be a huge mistake. After I put my order in to the location that was closest to my project. I received a couple different emails and a couple different phone calls from U-Haul. Switching the location several times. Finally, they told me my pick up was at Lakeshore Exxon 4459 Mountain Rd. So Friday the day before I was to pick it up because all the confusion I called the Lakeshore Exxon to confirm the pick up. I gave him my reservation number 79277502 and also my name. The foreign gentleman I talked to him on the phone reassure me he had my reservation and my truck was ready for pick up at eight to just bring my drivers license. When I got this location on Saturday morning informed me he didn’t have a registration or a truck for me. So it was back-and-forth with him and then calling U-Haul‘s number. The first person I talked to told me that my reservation was probably given away at the other location because I was 15 minutes late, which I could not believe the audacity to say that to a customer. So she connected me with another department which that woman was very gracious and assured me that she’s going to change my pick up time to 9 o’clock. We went to the new location where that representative agent from you all was excellent. So I had quite a few issues and then the fact that I had five guys waiting at the job site since 8 o’clock that I was paying an hourly rate of $25/hr too. So during all this mishap, which I don’t believe was one percent the fault of a customer who even confirmed the day before to make sure there wasn’t gonna be an issue with all the changes that happen. The customer ends up losing more money because of the incompetent of U-Haul so instead of calls, me 220 some bucks to rent a U-Haul when you figure the loss wages of five guys at $25 an hour It ended up cost me $345 to rent the truck from U-Haul.
