System was down at pick up time and also could not check-in via phone. Site manager was finally able to contact a person who could access the reservation and get us checked in. Delayed our load timeline.
Jayson LSo, this is always the best place to rent a U-Haul. Unfortunately, this vehicle's gas tank was faulty and it did not accurately reflect the tank level as I was filling it; for some reason there was an extreme "delay," so I WAYYYYYY overfilled it. And of course, there are no refunds given for overfilled gas. With the price of gas these days, I probably overfilled it by at least $15, and that is a lot of money to me. Again, this is not the fault of the U-Haul owner who is always very nice--- but I was really disapponted to know that I lost money on this rental.

SHAWN AThe man in charge at Citgo was very friendly, helpful, and got me out of there quickly on a cold and snowy morning. He made sure my hookup was safe and my lights worked. I made it to my destination 900 miles away without issue.
