LORI LMy comment regarding not being helpful was the result of 24 hour drop off. It was a weekend and after hours. The survey requires another option for this question.
RODNEY DLocation wasn’t open nor was there a key assigned to me that I could obtain from the lock box. I was then given the runaround and it took me two hours to get my truck causing me to lose 8 man hours of paid labor I had hired.
