I picked up the u-haul with half a tank and the guy there said it was over half a tank which it wasn’t. I have proof I recorded it before I left and compared it to the paper he gave me. I did it because it was horrible customer service didn’t even walk out with me and had to find my own truck, it wasn’t even busy nobody was in the store. If it was I would understand. Returned it and was charged $7.50 extra, which is NOT right! Plz refund

Arnulfo GU-Haul, there’s nothing but a company that rips off the public you overcharge on mileage and overcharge on days needed to use your truck. I would never recommend U-Haul to anyone. U-Haul sucks.
