I have rented from Uhaul several times over the years and this time I had one of the worst experiences the day before i was to pick up my truck they changed locations for the pickup ai was supposed to get it at 7 am and the dealer opened at 7 am instead the new location did not open until 93o am i ended up losing almost 2 hrs. because of this and had people waiting to help load and put them in a situation were they nhad to leave me early

Stephen MWe did the nighttime drop off. The app is not at all user friendly. We ended up taking pictures of everything and locking up the truck and had to go back in the morning to return the key.
