Very helpful and efficient
CATHERINE MStaff was polite, efficient and ready for us when we arrived. They were equally as efficient when we returned The trailer, however, needed some repair. There was a missing pin on one side of the tailgate holding it closed. But more importantly, the chains that normally hold up the tailgate were disconnected. The tailgate fell down unexpectedly and if I’d been standing one inch closer it would have broken both my feet!! It was scary and dangerous. We mentioned it when we returned the trailer and the staff was aware but was awaiting approval to get it fixed. Here’s your wake up call management….get it fixed! Much better to fix it than face the bills that come with broken feet.
