Not the first time I've rented from this location and it won't be the last time. Bob is extremely helpful everytime I go there, whether it's to rent a truck or to purchase supplies. In this case Bob went above and beyond to assist me. My truck was for a Saturday rental and since they are closed on Saturday's I was going to have to use the App to pick-up my rental. Bob took my stress and anxiety of having to use the App away by allowing me to get my truck late Friday afternoon during their business hours. A hugh relief as I'm not that Tech savy. Overall this rental was an excellent experience based on Bob and his outstanding customer service skills.
