I answered no for inviting and no for personnel helpful as no one was there to receive the truck, we had to guess how and where to park, and assumed the sign out front for the key drop box was indicating the mail slot in the side door
Jeffrey MThe truck was not ready when stated. Time was changed during the night and we were not notified. Truck was not available at the new time and was not ready. Eventually we found the truck was located at a different location. We had to reschedule the movers twice. The truck was absolutely terrible. The A/C barely worked, graphite sprayed on two sides of the truck, check engine light on, dash lights did not work, and worst of all, the storage area leaked. We had furniture and boxes wet on arrival. This truck should not be on the road any longer. Sorry, U-Haul, but there is not excuse for the problems we had. A rating of Poor is actually a complement. We will never use U-Haul again.
