Michael Teverything on time and I liked the new truck
Richard GI was supposed to pick up a 6x12 trailer from Electronics Etc this past Saturday (the day before Easter) to make sure they'd be there. The person who answered said they'd be there at 1:00, and I told them I'd be there by 11:00. I got a call from U-Haul on that Friday saying they were closed. I assured them I spoke with someone at the location, and they assured me they'd be open. Getting a bad feeling about the situation, I called them again, and they said they didn't have a reservation, even though it was the same guy I spoke with the day before. I had my cousin pick it up on Friday prior to my arrival, just in case. He said the manager said that he decided to close on Saturday. I drove 6 hours to pick up furniture from my cousin and would have been furious if they had been closed. You can't trust the people at this location.
