Jerry QThe agent who checked the truck out seriously struggled with the process. Did not print any rental paperwork ‘because my printer hasn’t run in at least a couple of years’. Check out Took over 30 minutes due to the agents inability to manage it. We left with no idea where to return the truck at our destination. Thankfully someone from U-Haul called us en route to tell us and we verified it on the emailed receipt.
