There were no instructions on what and where I needed to do things. This was the 1st time every renting a uhaul and would have like some explanation of what would occur upon arriving at the location. I couldn't ask anyone there as the place was closed from what I could tell. I had to call the U-haul number to get assistance as the app also was loading properly. I was finally able to get the lock open and off the key lock to leave the with the truck.

App is really slow. An hour for mobile pickup is bit excessive.

TOMM BBarb is excellent, but the truck was not in good shape, as there was a terrible gas smell, which turned out to be extremely dangerous. See my comments regarding the return location. When I left the lot there was no message from U-Haul. Fifteen minutes later I have a message from U-Haul that says that I needed to take pictures of the license plate and if I didn't use the link to upload then I was fully responsible, for no reponse. The LINK was EXPIRED! Then U-Haul calls me and tells me that you have provided me with an extra 50 miles and that they were going to drop the gas level to 1/4 of a tank, from 3/8 due to the fact that they were changing my return location. And then they CHARGED ME EXTRA MILES!!!
