The pick-up process was fine, but the interior of the cab was NASTY. I have rented multiple U-Haul trucks, but this one was, by far, the dirtiest vehicle I have ever rented. I took photos of the dirt/sticky stuff/ layer of pollen the cab offered, so before you rent from this location, make sure you see the inside of your driving area.

The virtual check in/out process versus a live person at the counter was not very user friendly.
