Extremely nice people and eager to help with moving needs. I rented a car hauler and it was ready to go when I got to haul. They hooked it all up for me too.

STEFAN HI was charged $15 for insurance and was never ask if I wanted the insurance. When I looked and the invoice I ask the manager what was the extra charge for. He replied that it was insurance. I ask him to refund me because he never mentioned insurance of ask me if I wanted it. He said I would have to called customer service for the refund. I did not like being charged for something that I was not given an option to accept or not to accept. If I recommended this location I would a friend to be aware of the insurance charge.
