Uhaul itself needs to improve customer service and it's app. This was the 2nd location I had to go to so I could find the correct trailer. And this location was 45 minutes from the 1st location. Then trying to drop off the trailer was a a huge hassle. Overall Uhaul was very disappointing, but this location was a good experience.
Christopher LRead a few mixed reviews, but hose this location for convenience. The negative reviews were no where to be seen. Location had great u-shaped drive for pick-up and drop off with plenty of space. Store front and main parking lots were new. Inside was clean well stocked corner store as expected. Pleasant experience and I will use again.
