I would recommend it but I have a problem with the service when I was on site. I had filled everything up before I arrived and she commented on it. But I had to stand there and wait for her to gas customers through on the cash register while I stood there and waited to grab my trailer and leave. The other person should not have left from behind the counter to go out to the trailers before making sure all my paperwork was clear. They had to work together obviously not knowing exactly how to do the paperwork but eventually got me through. The return was very easy because he just happened to be outside helping another customer. One thing that was a problem U-Haul did call me and ask me if I had returned the trailer and I told him yes. I told them the manager was outside when I returned the trailer. He told me to just go ahead and leave and he would close the account. I did comment to him when I picked up the trailer about the service inside. We fill out the paperwork online to make things easier and quicker for both of us. But the trailer that I rented was a great trailer perfect for what I needed it for I would have no problem renting it again and I would rent there to give them another try at upgrading your service. I was merely seeking clarification, as I had not seen this requirement in the policy initially. Upon later discovery of this policy, I provided the emergency contact without issue. Other than this incident, the rest of the interaction was satisfactory. However, I believe the gentleman could have maintained a more approachable demeanor throughout the encounter."

CLIFFORD WCannot understand how a one day rental of $29.95 can end up with a $523.03 charge????The gas level in the truck was at a level that was not quite 1/2 full. When returned the gas level was just above that level. Charge $30 for Fuel Service Fee and $89.94 for Fuel Charge 55 Ll. That should not have happened as the truck was returned with a bit more in the tank then when it left the yard. Seems to be a bit of a scam and will not recommend this service to anyone and will not be using your company again. Called and was disrespected on the phone. Not very good customer service.
