They were not prepared for me to bring the trailer. Also I had selected a different drop off location (191 Pembroke Street East) but when I got there the app instructed me to go to this place. I was quite frustrated.
Nicholas Peemployee was talking on the phone and took for ever to answer me and kept talking to his ceellphone while serving me.
