Your mobile app pretend that pictures are taking with some kind of professionalism. I repeated each picture so many times that I won't use your app, your service at all. I had rented UHaul using humans before and it has been great. This solution you are implementing requires lot of work. If you want a driver's license picture to be taking with more light, add the light to the area where the key boxes are.

MUNSON IThis is my 3rd rental from this location and will NEVER return. They no longer work for UHaul and you have to use the app and the only help you get is on the phone. We wasted over one hour with this process and I was paying for the 2 men during the hour and one had to leave...so I wasted time and money! I want a refund from UHaul!!
