We just had the problem of the dolly not being in the truck but the girl who assisted us was very helpful in getting the problem taken care of.

KATHLEEN KI was told that all of the addtional equipment that I ordered was in the truck. None of it was there. When I questioned this, I was told that I could go to another location to pick the equipment up.
