The constant changing of pick up locations was irritating. I initially booked at this location (Rachel’s) was told they didn’t have the truck and I would have to go to swedesboro (13 miles away) then I called and it was moved to Hook Road in Pennsville and then the day of I got a message that it moved back to Rachael’s. I didn’t see the message and went to the prior place. It was just very unorganized. Not the stores fault but the u haul scheduling

RONALD FUhaul lied to me Uhaul overcharged me illegally Never again will I rent uhaul.
Joann PI was charged for 6 pads when I did not use 6 pads. There were pads already in the bag located in the box x truck however I did not use them. I brought plenty of my own professional moving pads to use.
LORPS MDidn’t have truck at pick up, lots of confusion because they didn’t communicate what was going on. Waited an hour and I guess the issue was the number on the truck, had to be changed, I don’t know, but sat there for an hour waiting while they figured it out silently
