It was an extremely run down and unsafe location, we found fake nails and hair in the back of the u-haul. We also had several issues with the mileage/gas levels not being correct which caused us to have to reach out to support several times. Which in turn put us behind schedule an hour as well as the drop off which resulted in extra charges for miles/gas that was left previously, it was resolved but extremely unnecessary.

Not necessarily the pick up location that was the problem but the fact that we went to several U-Haul locations due to our reservation (made weeks in advance) having an issue with the rental being returned on time. Scheduled for 9 am and finally able to pick up the one single truck that was available at the Pace location after driving all over for an hour and a half. This meant the paid crew wasn’t able to load the rental for almost an hour. Very stressful when you’re on a timeline moving a disabled relative from FL to MO. Some type of credit would be most appreciated . We’ve rented U-Haul trucks locally many times without any issues .
LESLIE KI was supposed to get $100 discount. I have not received it yet.

TERA PThe place was closed. I called the number and the associate walked over. He was nice. I did not enter the building. There was an individual standing at the corner of the building.
