Guy was busy serving other customers at the gas station I wait 25 minutes he was not sure about paper work he was calling to his boss but he was not answering.truck was not clean and he said gas is 3 quarter but gas was little over 2 quarter
Attiq RNot make a person wait 3 hours while trying to pick up, be more organized and stop wandering off with the two other staff that were there. Worst U-Haul experience I’ve ever had
Nikki OOver all this location is ok but they have no idea how to use the phone when they are doing the paperwork. They waste time trying to do all the questions and they don’t know what they are doing. The last time I was there they spent over 30 minutes trying to figure out what to do and never did get it right and then I was late on leaving for my trip. And also he kept leaving me to do other customers and then he comes back his phone has shut down so we have to start all over again from the beginning. I hardly ever complain about anything but this is frustrating.
