Philip CThe drop off location really felt like an unsafe neighborhood. There was no one present, no one around anywhere. The drop off took place during, what I thought, was business hours.
Benjamin TThe milage charge I got after returning the truck is a joke. Milage to empty when I rented was showing at 121. when I went to return, it was showing at 115. I put $5 worth of gas in the tank and the milage to empty didnt change, still showed 115. It dropped to 113 when I dropped it off. The gauge on the truck tank is in virtually the same position as when I picked it up. You charge $5.60 for a gallon of gas, whatever....what a joke you guys are!!!!!! Will look to rent another way next time. SMDH
CHIP FThe app did not work well for the return. There was very little time to get the truck clear of the roadway.
