Alphonse NStore not very well marked. Staff were not helpful. I went in to return the trailer, and they told me to drop it in a location and that was it. After I dropped it off, I went back in to see what was next. He said when he had time he would go check it out.
CHRISTOPHER KThe representative did not walk out and inspect the vehicle with me. Once I was at the vehicle. I discovered the passenger door was not closed all the way and that the driver’s door weatherstripping was in poor repair driving the vehicle with lots of wind noise.
