JERED Vthe experience was good, the only thing was that truck’s transmission seemed like it was struggling a little bit
PAIGE PSomeone else called me that they moved my reservation. I highly suggest this procedure be removed as if I reserve a vehicle location, its because its the closest to me. My entire rental today was 7 miles. The location they tried to switch me to was 6 miles away. So it probably would have ended up tripling my cost. Ummm no thanks.
GABRIEL SI dropped off Sunday, with the lock box. I had some problems with the App. It kept referencing a previous Canceled reservation. Dispatch followed up with me later in the day. which was appreciated. I didn't go into the location, but I've friends that used it to store their RV and were very complimentary of the management.
