My U-Haul pickup and drop-off experience was seamless! I picked up the truck at one location and returned it to another, and the entire process was very easy. Most of the experience was contactless the only in-person interaction needed was receiving the keys from a representative and returning them to a representative at drop-off. Everything else was completed through the app, which was simple to navigate and made self-service very convenient. I would definitely use U-Haul again!

Chris FHave better communication with Uhaul and the customer with better knowledge. I found out I could have picked up a truck in San tan valley and then drove it one way back to Glendale instead of renting in Glendale and driving the truck from Glendale to San Tan Valley then back to Glendale creating large mileage. Very cheap shot to increase the cost
