Have better communication with Uhaul and the customer with better knowledge. I found out I could have picked up a truck in San tan valley and then drove it one way back to Glendale instead of renting in Glendale and driving the truck from Glendale to San Tan Valley then back to Glendale creating large mileage. Very cheap shot to increase the cost
