MARK NEveryone was pretty easy, wish they would tell you in the very begining what the whole process is when picking up or returning so I works have known how long it takes, but otherwise was pretty easy. The truck was fine except it has s miss alignment and pulls real hard to the right.
Matthew DCouldn't pick up my truck until they opened at 8. Nobody showed up until 830 and I was almost done with self service pickup. When I returned the vehicle, the store was closed despite their business hours being until 5. If have to do everything myself, what's the point in making me wait until their business hours. They were less than helpful.
