I was charged two separate transactions one that I was given a receipt for and another I was not given a receipt for. I was charged an additional $163 on top of my receipt of $81.20 I’ve reached out for a refund and still have yet to hear back

James THad to use Dropbox for key because we couldn’t find anyone to give it to or check in until we were walking away. Door was locked . Gentleman came out as we were walking away.
