Greeted me when I arrived and unhitched the trailer - very easy as the settlement receipt was done by computer & exactly what was expected
VINCENT FI reserved 12 blankets to protect my furniture however there were none there when I picked up the trailer I had to drive 20 miles to another U-Haul location Trailer was loaded down with ice around wheel wells I parked it overnight in my heated garage
Perry MThe location did not answer the phone or return multiple phone calls. My truck was there, but there were no keys so the U-Haul corporate person had to figure out a truck I could use. It was a much larger truck than i wanted. It took an hour on the phone trying to reach the location owner & then on the line with a U-Haul rep to get a truck. Then I was supposed to pull a trailer for them & get a $100 discount, but the U-Haul rep set it up for the wrong location and I wasn't driving extra for that after wasting an hour already. Because of that, I lost my discount and had to spend more on gas for the bigger truck. It was a mess.
