No one called us before 5 pm the night before as instructed on the reservation. Build all lumber did not have a 5 X 8 trailer. Someone changed it to a 6 x 12. We did not need one that big. It would have cost a whole lot more in gas and we didn't have enough to fill it. Then had to call uhaul and search for one that fit our needs that we reserved. Caused us a delay in loading and getting off on time. This happened the last time we reserved from you too. Hopefully will never need one again from this company. It was the only one in our area. The host in Pequot was awesome. I do not check my emails and never knew if someone told us of this change. Your company has gone down hill over the years and is not there to help the customer at all.

scott bI had no problem and I dropped it off about noon but there were no people there. I called the phone number on the door and he told me to take the pictures and send it to him. Never did receive an email acknowledging the drop off.
