We requested to have our truck picked up at a different location, and were transferred to this one last minute. It was 30 minutes farther away, and it was closed on the day that we went to pick up despite us requesting an in person pickup instead of online. What's worse is we drove past the original location we chose on the way there and they had several trucks in the size that we had requested (we booked a month in adavance too!), and they were open! So we were quite upset with that. In addition, we called this location when we arrived because there was a note on the door that said to call a number. The owner was incredibly rude to us over the phone. The truck was unlocked and the keys were in the visor, so if we really wanted to we could have just driven away with the truck without going through the online check out process. It was stressful and disappointing on top of an already stressful move.

Sherry your answering phone person was very helpful. WE returned the vehicle on a Sunday morning and were not open. The vehicle key would not fit into the return container.
