When I booked the truck, I had no idea about the process for pickup. We were out in the hot sun for over an hour trying to figure it out and get things going. We also had to move boat that was parked behind our truck. The person we spoke to in Texas was excellent and very helpful (Zachary). I wanted to get a bag for the mattress, but the location was closed when I was told to pick up the truck, that was disappointing. The person at the drop-off location in Peterborough was also lovely (Elyse). I wish someone from the location had reached out to let us know they would not be there to assist us. We would have changed our pickup time so we could have help if needed.

Help at location was good getting booked in snd hooked up. Had auto transport, Two tires dangerously bald and wheel ratchet strap that holds the tires to the trailer was frayed and ripped halfway through. Not sure who is responsible for maintenance.
JOHN LTheir website says they are open till 5pm, we called at 4:45 and no one answered. We got there at 4:50 and the place was locked up and no one around.
ROBERT CI had to drive over an hour from my original pick up location to get my rental. The rachet straps were rusty and hard to use, the rachet straps were tightened incorrectly which was really hard to get undone.
