I was asked to take photos of van box prior to leaving the lot - via text after I had left the lot and was enroute so this request was impossible to comply with . Upon return several attempts to use the U-Haul app for after hours returns were an exercise in frustration as I was told it didn't exist ,when an alternative was found it spat me out repeatedly and I was left with the chat-bot commiserating with me

DIANE WI had a really great experience with U-Haul here and just wanted to say thank you to the team. I was renting a vehicle for my F license test, which was already a pretty stressful day, but the staff made the whole process so much easier. When we picked up the vehicle, we noticed a small issue that could have potentially caused a problem for the test. The staff were absolutely tremendous — they were friendly, approachable, and immediately stepped in to help. They handled the situation quickly, efficiently, and without any hesitation, which took a huge amount of stress off my shoulders. The level of service was truly top notch. Everyone was kind, professional, and clearly cared about making sure everything worked out smoothly for us. It made a big difference on a day that already had a lot riding on it. I would 100% recommend this location to anyone needing a rental. Thank you again for the amazing service — we really appreciate everything you did!
