the pick up was easy and the truck worked great. My only concern is that we returned the truck full of fuel and we paid in full the amount we were given. My credit card was then charged an additional $38 later that day. When we were notified, we were then told we were under charged when we returned the truck. I am very upset that my credit card was charged without my consent and it makes me leery of renting from the same location. I don't like that kind of business. A phone call discussing that we were undercharged BEFORE my card was charged would have been the right and professional way to do business. If we owed the money, I would have of course authorized the new charge but it should have been a discussion before my card was charged the extra amount.

JEFFREY NBecause of a mix up in booking the staff were able to find, on a busy weekend, another location that had what I needed. The check in was friendly and efficient. The equipment was in great shape- I must say I didn’t know what I was expecting because of the value for the service - and I was very happily surprised. Trailer hookup was easy (down by the staff initially). Online check in on return because I returned after closing was also easy and convenient. I highly recommend. Great service, great value and the equipment made my kid’s university move out easy!
