She was busy doing postal work barely looked up at us when we were making sure it was OK to drop truck after hours she also didn't tell us about checking out on app to save 20dollars fee. It seemed she was busy and we were bothering her

CANG ENothing really they were great
Barry TYour dealer should provide the full tank to customer on pick up, and customer will return the full tank on return. But your dealer is not doing this, other dealer yes. It create confusion between customers and the dealer on reading the meter. And worst thing happened today, the gas provided not enough , only one fourth, and when i drove from the dealer to Guelph my destination, the low level of gas warning showed up, make me panic. When i return the truck, I advised the dealer to change the practice , he refused and said it is the company's policy, I do not think so . It happened twice with this dealer. I have been dealing with other U-HAUL and other rental cars, to provide full tank is the common practice, why this dealer not to follow???? and give me all the nonsense excuses！！！
HSIANG-KUO SI didn't get the trailer I booked 6'x12' so all they had was one half the size 5'x8' and I had to pick it up at another location 15 km away and I got charged by the km for the rented truck from there. Was told I could return trailer and truck to same location, that became a whole ordeal when I went to return it wanted to charge me 182 for bringing it back to the wrong location. Like what I'm supposed to drive the truck another 30 km to take the trailer back to the same location? Drove 87 km total so 1/3 of the driving was to get the trailer. And I pay per km. 2 x the planned trips cuz small trailer and I gotta pay per km.
