I ordered a dolly with the truck which was not there when I picked it up. This was on Saturday so the office was closed and I had to find dollies locally where I was picking up furniture and again when I unloaded which added hours to the time it took. The driver's side mirror was loose and didn't stay in place while the passenger side couldn't be adjusted so the whole trip I was basically blind as to what was behind me which is not a safe situation. The checkin process was difficult and time consuming. Overall It was not a good experience.
