How U-Haul Reviews WorkThere was coffee spills inside the back of the truck that hadn’t been cleaned. There was a check engine light that was on at the time of pickup, the location stated there were no issues. While I didn’t have any issues it was a bit disconcerting seeing it and hoping for the best.
James MAnother great encounter with U-haul in Conway, Michigan.
Al DThese people in Alanson Michigan are the ultimate professionals. Personable, compassionate, helping. The Best. Go Conway Storage, towing, and Uhaul rentals. I have a storage unit with them as well.
John C1.Drop off was after hours. 2. Drop off was extremely difficult because I don't have a smart phone, and it was not made clear what else to do, and not made clear at the sign up process what else I could do, even though I made this quite clear that I was older and only had a flip phone for calling. You have no boxes to check when drop off is made after hours.
