1.Drop off was after hours. 2. Drop off was extremely difficult because I don't have a smart phone, and it was not made clear what else to do, and not made clear at the sign up process what else I could do, even though I made this quite clear that I was older and only had a flip phone for calling. You have no boxes to check when drop off is made after hours.
