JAMES MWhen I went in the gentleman, I spoke to told me that I needed a phone number on file in case I got an accident. I didn’t want to give out more information than I had to. The gentleman said that I could not rent it because I did not have a phone number for an emergency contact. Absolute BS! Later, I went back and spoke to a woman and gave her my ID. She never asked for a me for an emergency contact phone number. She took my ID and put my information and off. I went.
