When I went in the gentleman, I spoke to told me that I needed a phone number on file in case I got an accident. I didn’t want to give out more information than I had to. The gentleman said that I could not rent it because I did not have a phone number for an emergency contact. Absolute BS! Later, I went back and spoke to a woman and gave her my ID. She never asked for a me for an emergency contact phone number. She took my ID and put my information and off. I went.

Amy SDropped off the truck and it was very quick and easy. Employee checked in the truck quickly and emailed me the receipt right away. The overall experience was easy, and the truck ran great. The 20 ft truck was easy to drive (drove over 300 miles) and not bad on the gas mileage.
