Took over 15 minutes to get service, trailer in horrible condition, not what I reserved, could not use it so just returned it. Waste of money! Will not return there.

Appreciate the convenience. This location is 2 miles from home. The last time I rented 1-way, I had to travel 25 miles to the other side of downtown to get a trailer.

Making the reservation for the trailer was painful, at best. Justin was the representative that I talked to on the phone. He did not speak clearly and seemed agitated with my questions. He told me that I would be charged for one day of use of the trailer, but when my husband picked up the trailer, he was told we'd be charged for two days. Conflicting information from the same employee is frustrating. Also, I had to call to reserve because the website was down.



The pickup and drop off location were just fine but I do have a couple complaints about Uhaul . First, I madecided my reservation 10 days in advance. They called me the day before I had to pick up the uhaul saying they didn't have one for me at my location so I'd have to add two hours to my drive to pick one up at another location. Luckily they were able to find a bigger truck at another location not so far. My second complaint is that we returned the uhaul with the had right above where we were told to have it but they still charged my card for $9 without asking for a gallon of gas. I don't think I'll be using Uhaul again and won't recommend it.

I reserved a 20 foot truck two weeks in advanced and called a couple days in advance to verify all was ok and Uhaul could not tell me if I had a truck , where I could get a truck or what time a truck would be available. The day before I received a text that I had a 20 foot truck as I reserved. I received a call in the afternoon and said I don't have a 20 foot truck. I settled on a 'TIGHT' 15 foot truck. The truck was 1/4 tank full. I put 10 gallons in tank and drove 112 miles and dropped off truck Sat night 12-17-16 (same day) . Gas tank showed 1/4 tank. The following Monday I received an added charge of $51 dollars for Gas fee and gas. this is ridiculous. Never again will I use U-Haul. I disputed claim and dispute number is 1288882. I was treated very poorly and do not appreciate it.

This business is not open on Sundays. When dropping off on a Sunday, it would be nice if there were locks to lock the tongue on trailers. I asked an employee and he said it would be nice, but they don't have that. So the trailers just sit there unlocked, able to be stolen. This puts a huge risk on customers dropping trailers off on Sundays. It is also an ongoing risk for the business on a nightly basis. Overall I would recommend renting from this business, equipment was provided as promised.

It a reflection on location but traction in very light snow what was very alarming. Not sure if tires were too worn (I never inspected) or if it's just the nature of driving truck when empty.

We were called by Uhaul to drop our truck and trailer here instead of the 2 locations selected, which was very nice.... but the guy here gave us a problem for a few minutes before finally agreeing to take both.

Clean the windows on the INSIDE. They were terrible. Looked like they were left open overnight, and got frost on the inside of the windshield. Terribly dirty, which became a big safety concern driving directly into the sun at sunset.

I had needed the truck at 11am which is what I reserved. I was then informed it wouldn't be ready until 12:30pm. I had a very limited window of helpers so this was an inconvenience. Then I came to pick up the truck at 12:30 and had to stand around and wait for over a half an hour to get taken care of. Customer service was decidedly lacking.

The trailer was "very experienced", an old one with many little X's marking all the dents and scrapes. BUT, this trailer performed very good on the road. It tracked steady and straight behind my vehicle.

I dropped my trailer at the correct location on the same day I picked it up. I did not use it the full 24 hours. When we unhooked the U-Haul guy did not take my name, or any info and just said he would check us in. I would get a confirmation email within 30 minutes. I took pictures of the trailer to show there was no damage, and left feeling odd that non of our info was taken. I received no emails confirmation so the next morning I called about 23 hours into our contract time and stated that I still had not received it. Justin told me he would check me in now. I told him I did not want to be charged for overtime use and he said it wouldn't happen. Since this whole event was a mess I was not comfortable with this answer but I had no choice but to assume he would follow through. Just before 24 hours I got the confirmation. I am so glad this whole rental is over. It was less than easy or done well. U-Haul has lost my business.

Disappointed that the dolly that I rented wasn't included. Called and they said we would be charged mileage to go back and get it. Told them to cancel it. Upon return, they said the original credit card would be charged and would receive an email. They charged a different card and no email of itemized bill, yet.
