Employee was very helpful, however location did not have my confirmed drop off reservation. Employee had to contact supervisors to confirm my account and allow drop off. This not only complicated my drop off but also affected the service attendant’s schedule/availability.

the vehicle stalled in the first 2 minutes. granted it was cold and the vehicle hadn't warmed up enough yet, but still. Also I was charged an additional $50 for gas and re-fuel services; however, I left the vehicle filled to a quarter tank which is what I was required to do per the contract.

Give the people working there some goddamn heat in the winter. The employee was stuck in this tiny shack all day freezing his ass off with not heat.

Tire pressure light and an engine light was on. When I brought it to the employee’s attention he told me he would cancel the order. Other trucks on the lot (same as I rented) but he would not let me take one of those. In addition the truck was tagged with gang graffiti which made me nervous since I didn’t know if it would anger some rival gang members and cause me harm while I had the truck. I was told that was their local truck ( I had a local rental) and I needed to take that one. So I drove around for the time I had the truck with a tire light and some other engine light on AND graffiti marks all over the store. By far this was the worst U-Haul experience of my U-Haul rental time.

There was trash in the Uhaul from the previous driver. They did not have the equipment in the truck that I was guaranteed to have per the contract, so I had to drive to a different location to get an appliance dolly. The agent did not give me any documentation when getting into the truck and did not go through any steps to show me the mileage or gas in the vehicle. When I got to my drop-off location and only drove a total of 24 miles, I was told that the gas tank was full and I drove 65+ miles. Completely unacceptable.

uhaul messed up my pick up location it was set up for south philly and when I got there it was not there or set up so I had to call 800# they sent me to north philly I had to pay to uber there and then they had larger truck set up not what I ordered or needed so I had to wait for someone to open and finally got the right truck but my movers were waiting at apartment so I had to pay extra. I called customer service and still waiting a call for a discount off my price for all the confusion and extra time and money it cost me.

The truck contained three large pieces of wood which were not mine. Also when I dropped off the vehicle at the pariking lot, a man approached me and said he collects the keys. It was very confusing because I could idneith him because he wasn’t wearing a U-Haul uniform.

i went to this location and my reservation, which I confirmed the night before, was not there. It had been transferred, without any communication, to a much further UHaul. So I had to take a 10 foot truck which I wasn't very comfortable driving. After that I asked the attendant to check my upcoming reservation for Saturday which according to him had also been moved to another UHaul without my consent or knowledge. Needless to say I did not come back on Saturday but used Avis instead for a truck. This was my 2nd bad experience with Uhual in a week, I will not look to use them as a moving option again.

The clerk that checked out the vehicle could not give me a printed receipt (no printer); When I got the vehicle, he had to count and fold the furniture pads. Also, I ONLY RECEIVED 11 FURNITURE PADS, not 12. Fortunately I did not need all twelve.

Horrible experience, we waited almost 2 hours to get our truck. The truck share facility gps timed out on your app and we could not pick up the truck and no rep was anywhere to help, Had to drive several minutes to a Uhaul store after waiting on hold forever. Shame on you uhual for such poor customer service. Please issue a credit on this accounts.

Horrible experience. The keys for the car I was assigned were nowhere to be found in the lockbox. I was not able to use the vehicle and was charged for 16 miles for no reason. When contacting customer support during the experience, the agent ended the chat session with me after 40 minutes of waiting for her to speak with the field manager. I had to leave the scene unable to move anything and charged extra on top.
