Customer service on the phone never answered. They gave me and charged me for the wrong trailer. It took almost an hour for me to get my trailer and there was only two people in the store! They had to run my card 3 times and get all my info 3 times before it worked. Talked with General Manager on the phone and he would/could do nothing to help me. I would like a full refund.

The only thing I would suggest is to minimize the duties of the person tending to customers. Perhaps a 2 way radio to communicate with employees handling outside equipment will resolve the need to run out to convey instructions.

Electronic reservation system had errors: location canceled the reservation because their system said a 7am pickup despite my confirmation email clearly stating 9am. Person at desk was able to rectify. Gas gauge topped out at 3/4 full (i.e., when completely full the gauge only reads 3/4), but that was the amount we were required to return it with, which was fine.

I was charged for insurance that I did not ask for not was I asked if I wanted it. I feel that this location ripped me off by charging me for something I did not request or sign up for. I will not use UHaul services again or refer anyone I know.

There were not enough flatbeds, had to wait a very long time to get my things to the storage unit. The loading/ unloading dock was very dirty and trash everywhere. Checking in was slow, people waiting long period of time due to only one representative. Overall, the experience was graded as fair, there’s room for better customer service.

The young lady that was servicing me did not tell me i would be recieving an email with a code to finish the return procress after returning my equipment, i had to figure this process out for myself. Another i assume wasnt aware of this process either and returning his equipment and imediately dropped his key in the drop box. I had to explain to him about the return process and how it should have been done. I was given a booklet on this process but it helps to also explain to a customer how to return the equipment and that the booklet helps you as well after purchasing and payment is finished.

Picked up truck and mileage (+3 miles, which they did actually credit) and fuel gauge(-1/4 of a tank) were off. Took pictures of everything before and after. Obviously returned it to what was agreed upon during initial contract to avoid the asinine 4.50/gl charge for not being right. Will never come here again.
