They opened up 20 mins late and were very unprofessional ! I would never use that location again !

Lack of professionalism and customer service during this difficult times. I tried to call several times because I received an email from your recovery department indicating that I didn't returned the truck. I returned the truck the same day before the store closed. It seems like someone on your end didn't enter in timely manner the info in the system nor replied to my phone messages.It was a very stressful situation where I waste valuable time and endanger my health when I went the next day to the store to address this issue and avoid any extra charges due to someone else mistake. I was more at peace after I talked to a staff member but the distress would it be avoid by returning my phone call or sending an email. Uhaul is responsible for ensuring that customers are satisfied at all times and expected to provide the highest standards of customer service but more importantly to provide safety measures to protect public health during this pandemic.
The manager was amazing. She was professional and super nice and extremely helpful. Definitely will go there in future!! Originally had to drop truck off at Front and Huntington Park ave but the people at that location were rude and completes Aholes. I recommend B st location to everyone in that area and don't go to Huntington park location. Sad U-Haul has people like that working for them!
I reserved a 5 by 10â€ truck in the beginning of April. I never received a phone call that the prior location 101 W Huntington Park Ave, did not have it. On the day of moving I called to make sure it was still okay to come and they told me to contact customer service as they had given their last one away earlier that day. When I did the customer service women sent me back to that location saying they did have one. I was again sent away and told to contact customer service and was sent to 21st century storage where they had a 6 by 12â€ and was told I had to pay full price for this trailer. I am extremely dissatisfied with the customer service and the entire process. I will not be using U-Haul again.
Doesn't remind you when your bill is due just waits till it's overdue so you can pay the extra fee

There was no parking when I can to return the truck
The Van I reserved was not available and the cashier explained that the van got stolen yesterday which sounded like a lie than she offered a bigger truck instead. While being in the shop waiting for the truck to be ready I saw the van that I ordered rolling out of the parking lot. it's all on video. The next thing that happened was that they registered the gas meter to be half full when it was only 3/8. I took a picture of it with the mileage and uploaded it to the Uhaul up. When I was back I returned the truck with 3/8 fuel tank full and was charged for gas because they said that it should have been half full. This was my worst experience ever in Uhaul.
Nothing the girls that work there are amazing and funny. God bless y'all..

I had the worst experience for I was stopped by the cops for stolen plates, given several places to go for equipment that appointments were scheduled for me to go. My one way trip moving to Charlotte NC was delayed for 2 days inconveniencing my movers! I wasn't able to get the car dolly for the contract was screwed up because of the initial stolen license plate problem!!!! I was not properly compensated for my gas or mileage!!!!! Let alone the trauma of being pulled over by the police!!!!!! NO MORE U- HALL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
My reservation was not in the system. The person checking me out was not focused on my transaction and seemed to be trying to do lots of different things at once and was a bit scattered. What should have been a 5 minute process was 15.
The store itself was fine. However the experience itself was not that great. I searched online to find a place where I could pick up a van at 7AM. 21st Century was the closest available, and despite their opening at 9, the app said there was 24/7 service and I could pick it up via mobile at 7. After the initial booking, I found out I could move a day earlier so I was happy when I spoke to a representative who said I could reschedule and pick up using my mobile phone at the same store. When I got to the store, they were not open and the app told me to come back at 9AM. While this was only a minor setback, and was explained once I spoke to a second rep, it is unacceptable that after speaking to the first person I was not informed that I couldn't pick up the van until the store opened. 24 hour service was advertised but not delivered.
Nothing!!! Because the costumer services is amazing!!! They are friendly, fast, educate, i rented 2 times in this location and that is the reason why i come back because as a costumer i felt welcome and important!!!
I was charged $28.00 for SafePlus coverage when I did not choose this from the online pick-up option.

After returning the rental can I was charged twice. Once for the to amount me. Ce for another amount in which I do not know what from which put my checking account into a negative status. I would like to know what this extra charge is from and why was I not informed prior.
There were multiple issues with my reservation. First, I was told 3 days prior that my primary location was unavailable and that the only option was now 30 minutes away and opened 2 hours later than my requested pick-up time. When I arrived Friday morning to pick-up from this location, they didn't even have the truck size I ordered and had to upgrade me to a 15' truck. The truck was far too big for my move and too wide for the alley behind my apartment creating issues maneuvering the alley and causing many of my belonging to shift and fall during the drive due to the extra space. In the store, this change took over 45 minutes to process making me even later than planned due to the delayed opening time of this location. The workers, while very nice, had to call someone else to complete the upgrade to ensure I wasn't charged more. The gentleman they called still made errors and said he would comp the dolly and furniture pads (even though I had called to remove the furniture pads the day before). HHe didn't however and only comped the furniture pads and still charged me for the dolly. After waiting for over 45 minutes, I didn't want to spend anymore time waiting for him to correct it. Overall, it was a very poor experience even though those working in the store were very kind as I had called the day before to confirm everything. At no point was I offered a free upgrade to maintain my original location preference as I had reserved the trucks weeks ago. At no point would I consider this experience easy or seamless even though I completed all of the recommended steps prior to pick-up. This just further lowers my opinion and experiences with U-Haul after the last time I used the service and also had to wait over 30 minutes to pick up my reserved truck after calling beforehand and being told it was ready to go.
Millie and staff was EXCELLENT! They were extremely helpful and professional ...customer service was OUTSTANDING!! I will definitely use them if I need storage or a truck and I will also refer all my friends and family to them!
