Orlando RMy U-Haul truck had a very foul Oder emanating from the storage area, smelled like the truck was used for garbage collection. Also the AC was non existent. Staff was very friendly and helpful though

It cost me more time and money due to my pick up location being changed 30 minutes before time and I had to drive to 2 more locations before getting a truck. I deserve a credit off this rental.

ALEXIS MI was charged for fuel when I brought the truck with more fuel then I got it. 1/4 tank when I received it and over a 1/4 tank when returned. I paid for 30 miles when I received the truck. Used 57 miles. Was charged the whole 57 miles on returned. Should have been charged for just 27 miles. Do better!!

I stood at the desk 5mins before going back out to him and asking if.someone was working the front. He said its just him and me and the customer behind me " gon have to wait" when he did finally walk inside he asked the customer behind me if she was picking up 1st before me who had been waiting longer.

DILOVER TNot clean it smell like cigarette. Cigarette ash on the floor truck in back condition. I had to return for me air on the right back tired. And the truck it's old
