The staff and vehicle were superior but I was extremely irritated about the return procedure. Your employee insisted I had to go to UHAUL.com to complete a process that required taking photos, etc, on my iPhone. My phone internet access didn't allow me access. Your employee was kind enough to let me use his phone. I found these extra steps annoying. A staff employee should be able to conduct this return process within minutes of the vehicle return.

I was returning truck and a lady outside was cleaning out a uhaul van. She told to use my phone to turn in truck. I tried but it wasnt working. She came over to help and got me to the site. It wouldnt let me complete the return. I asked the lady if someone inside vould help me she said it was only her. I tried completing the return but it wouldnt accept. She said to leave key in truck and she'd take care of it. It took several calls and 2 days to finally close it. Otherwise it went well.

1. The van was clean. However, it must have been recently cleaned and was not properly dry. This meant we had to dry out the cargo area floor before placing boxes and such atop it. 2. Returning the vehicle via mobile is easy, but there are some troubles. The UHaul area is near a major business district and there are many large concrete structures, this can lead to choppy mobile signal and, in turn, a frustrating customer experience. In addition, the return process on the mobile seems to halt as asks one to sign in multiple times if one has "too little memory". I was able to figure this out, but it may stump people to think they have to go back into their phones and clear away some of their image cache to be able to move forward with the return process. Cheers!

Reverend David Yogboh is a CROOK! Reverend??? Try acting like a man of the cloth you CROOK. I rented a U-Haul and returned it four hours later. I have all of my check in papers signed electronically by his employee stating NO damage and 5/8s of a tank.of gas left. The bill was paid in full. 20 hrs later they refund my payment and then charged me $150 in damages to the vehicle which was then checked in with LESS gas than I returned the vehicle with and by a different employee. CROOK!!! I spoke with REVEREND David on the phone and he's an absolute ASS. I filed a dispute and showed all evidence to American Express and received this email within two weeks. "Dear Richard Pawlowski, We are pleased to inform you that we have refunded your American Express® Card account in the amount of $150.00 from UHAUL moving and storage. After providing sufficient evidence that these charges were wrongly billed to your account we have decided in your favor. Thanks for your time and patience during this investigation." Cliff notes: Uhaul accepts my returned vehicle and charges my account after being signed off by THEIR empoyeem. 20 hrs later Uhaul refunds my initial payment after ANOTHER employee examines my vehicle with LESS gas in it and tries to charge me for damages. This is disgraceful and David's unprofessionalism on the phone was the icing on the cake. The man actually threatened me. I urge anyone to check all of my reviews and look for any type of anger like I displayed here. I review fairly. This situation was the absolute worst I've ever been treated as a paying customer in years. Go to the Uhaul down Oregon Ave near the river they can't be any worse.

friendly, helpful staff. digital return check-in didn't work (my phone couldn't find my location, despite my changing settings to resolve this problem; this made me wonder how people are supposed to check in if they have problems like this). lucky for me a rep was there to check me in on her phone. one unpleasant surprise when picking up my truck: i had NOT been told that i needed a telephone number of other people, besides my own contact info. this should be explained to customers at the time they make a reservation, not be a surprise, and a pain to resolve, at the front desk.

requiring customers to use the U-Haul.com app to return trucks is awful. There were live employees at the location when I dropped my truck off and still I was REQUIRED to use the app; take multiple pictures, upload payment information that I had already provided, etc. I will never use U-Haul again

Though they were nice and tried to be helpful, the coworkers at this location did not know how to work their computer system or attach the auto transport to the truck. In addition, no coworker noticed that the auto transport was severely damaged on one side where a bar was completely detached from the auto transport. I wasted a lot of my moving time at this facility on them trying to check the truck out and refunding my money for the auto transport. They should be sure to thoroughly check all equipment for damages before reserving it and learn more of the computer system.

Uhaul website offers 24 hour pickup that is not yet available at this location. Staff handled the situation quickly, and professionally, but all plans needed to be adjusted. Drop off location was not well labeled, but Antoinette explained where to go when I arrived and helped get me sorted out.

I went to rented a truck without the need to go online but when i tried to rrturn it I was forced to created an account per staff which took way to long and in the end didn't even work because the program for mileage would not accept zeros in the mileage field. Very annoying.

The 1sy vehicle that was assigned to me. After getting to our location and open the back it was full of roaches. Had to return back to location. We were given a new vehicle it was just a hassle

I did a speed check in online so it went faster, however the 3 people in line in front of me did not. Because of there only being one clerk assisting customers, I had to wait nearly 20 minutes to get my truck. Maybe a fast pass lane would be helpful

Costumer service should be at list polite, I rent a uhaul, 6-7 times a month, in that location, and the guys working there they barely care about the costumer

When someone pulls up to return their truck, they're given two options: wait, or use your phone. I went inside after no one came out, and they told me to use my phone, which was almost dead after I used it for navigation. They were really grumpy about me taking the first option and barely spoke to me as they took back the truck even though there were three guys talking and joking around when I asked why no one was coming out.
