Chains were unusable tie down straps in bad condition

Greg C.With this location you have to wait for customers buying groceries and miscellaneous things. The part I was very frustrated with is that there was no one to help you hook up the trailer. Luckily, I have my boyfriend with me, but I won't be by myself the next time I pick up one and it's too heavy for me to lift. They did not know if it was hooked up correctly or there was a place where it said leave down to Tow if that was done correctly. I am renting a trailer from this location on 4 April. When I asked about someone to help me lift it so I could hook it up to my car. They said will have to wait for a customer that might be willing to help. I did not feel this was appropriate. What if nobody comes by and wants to help me hook it up. I'm guessing this is not standard. At least I hope not.
