I booked online, and it said this location had the 24-hour self-pickup and -dropoff option, which I registered to do and learned how to do. When I got there, I actually had to speak to someone because there was no lockbox or anything. I also had to return it the next day because I needed it slightly past closing time. Lastly, there's nowhere to park other than paid lots so I had to factor in a full-day's cost to my rental. Then, the van said the rear door was ajar, but the employee assured me it was fine and just a sensor error. This was still irritating, as the light in the back would stay on. However, the employee that helped me was sympathetic, which I appreciated. Still, I won't be going to this location again.

I have been to this location three times, and have been helped by four different people. Everyone is extremely nice and incredibly helpful. They truly made my moving experience lovely.

The agent, Roland Silva, is not merely rude, I believe he is a danger to the public. I could tell his civil facade is thin and he didn't it almost instantly. Basically, hearted my four hours before we were done, ok if that's the rule, but then he took a long chatty call. When I asked him to put the call on hold while we finished up he 'lost it's. From that point on, I just can't adequately describe his bizarre behavior. He got me so upset that I swore under my breath and he truly made me afraid for my safety. I would never subject myself or others to that treatment. I got physically ill afterward.

The phone app was wonky. It said it could not find my location. It probably required some sort of browser setting that I was not familiar with. Roland (the employee who helped me) eventually had to fill in the info on his computer. So this is NOT a location issue but a UHAUL software issue.

No improvements needed with the staff and internal facility. I cannot imagine a more friendly customer focused staff. The only thing worth mentioning in the form of a change would be - - - There needs to be a smoother walk way to roll a cart out to your car. The path way runs through brick/cobblestone and is too hard on your belongings as well as the carts.

I was very disappointed with the lady I came in asked her if I could just drop the key she says I couldn't leave until she printed the invoice out and I signed for it. She said that her general manager will get upset. I have a credit card on file, I have used U-Haul numerous times without any issue. I waited for 45 minutes for her to finish another customer. Which according to them they been there for 30 minutes trying to make a transaction and it was something wrong with the credit card machine then she said that she needed to make a call ..I also waited outside the door knocking on the door for 15 minutes before anyone came to unlock it.. I've also use the call button numerous times. I could see her through the window and she did not acknowledge the fact that I was out there trying to return the vehicle.. I've used U-Haul many times and I'm very disappointed in apalled by the terrible customer service I received .

The service was friendly, but unprofessional. Apart from the clerk announcing to all the customers that the wait was long because she was "very sick," we were unable to get our printed receipt because the printer was out of ink and many features in the van were broke including the radio.

The van only had 8,500 miles on it but had a very strong odor. Seats were heavily stained. I had to buy air freshener and spray inside of van to be able to ride in it. Staff was very nice though and van was mechanically fine.

Honestly the experience was great, just the actual location of this store was a pain for parking. The staff was able to assist with it thankfully. I wish that there was a notice that would be on locations about parking availability in case you needed to park your car overnight or just for a few hours.
