I left a few groceries in the UHaul , easy for Dixie the employee to see when she went to check the mileage and she did NOT tell me that I had forgotten them. Moving is stressful enough and I’m sure I’m not the first to leave things behind, but UHaul is reputable. I called after hours and got the answering service and was told to call back at 7 a.m. I won’t do it as will be a waste of my time... I left milk and frozen food as I live on 3rd Ave. I would however like the $15.00 refunded that I spent on the groceries. I disabled and cannot drive. My son was with me. If not refunded; I will go up the ladder. I’m moving in 2 weeks out of a 10x15 storage unit and plan on using UHaul. I’ve used you all my life. But if this is not resolved, not only will I tell everyone I talk to about my shitty experience today, but will use another moving service. This is just uncalled for. When she checked the mileage, she saw the 2 bags of groceries and didn’t say a darn thing. Not integral on UHaul’s part and she should be fired. Regretfully, Cynthia Riddle 602-909-6346

1. The woman who took care of me, when I returned the van was excellent! 2. The young man who waited on me, when I picked up the van, needs to be trained more. A. There are 2 doors to this Uhaul, I walked up the steps and pressed on a button, to get access and no one came to the door. I tried 3 times and no one came to the door. I then walked around and found another entrance and when I walked up the steps, he was on the phone talking to someone. So, he was more busy talking to his Mom, than taking care of a customer. B. When he pulled up my order, instead of taking care of me, he started talking about what he had just talked about with his mom. Hey, the guy is loney with no one to talk to, but he kept talking about his converstaion with his Mom etc. and this distracted him, while he was trying to get me through the paper work. C. He asked me what zip code I was driving the car too and I had and wasted time, when I told him, I was asked that question and it should be already noted. He looked and said, yes, there it is. D. He kept talking etc and I finally told him, I am trying to get some place and he got the message and was more focused. E. We went out to the car and I had to remind him, to do a walk about and look at what might be dents and scratches etc. I got the impression, he wasn't going to do that and I noted the scratch's between the "X's" where there were previous scratches on the paper, I signed. F. I asked him to acquaint me with the van: and to his credit he took the time, to let me get familiar with the Van: turn signals, turning over head light on etc. So, I appreciated that a lot. G. He is a young man and he just needs so more training on how to be professional. H. Oh, he didn't give me a receipt and when he told me, what the initial bill was going to be, I was surprised because it was about $100 more, than the quote I was given. There was an extra fee at the being of the bill that was almost $100, I think it was $97? He couldn't tell me what that was? So, I needed that van and thought, I will have to talk to someone about that when I return it. Which I did. The nice lady that took care of me on the 16th, when I returned the van, explained it was a holding charge and total my bill and gave me a receipt etc. She was on top of it. Also, one more thing, He over charged me for 2 box's I bought. They showed up on my credit card as a separate charge for $8.15 from Uhaul on 1/11. I thought the 2 boxes I got where $2.50 each and he over charged me. I called and talked to someone about that, and she is going to check the paper work. I never used those boxes and they were in the back of the van when I returned them. I don't mind being charged for them but please don't over charge me for them. So, please train this young man, so he represents your company in a better light. Thank you, Rachel Hart

The U Haul experience went great. The only challenge with this location is the lack of customer parking. Much of the parking in the area requires residency permits and it wasn't easy to find a spot nearby.

Van was filthy, the rear cargo door was broken,as detailed by the dash light stating that it wasn't closed - but was told not to worry because it still latched Now trying to speak with someone who can credit/refund my account for charges not used. (10 days after rental date) Customer service is is terrible.

I booked online, and it said this location had the 24-hour self-pickup and -dropoff option, which I registered to do and learned how to do. When I got there, I actually had to speak to someone because there was no lockbox or anything. I also had to return it the next day because I needed it slightly past closing time. Lastly, there's nowhere to park other than paid lots so I had to factor in a full-day's cost to my rental. Then, the van said the rear door was ajar, but the employee assured me it was fine and just a sensor error. This was still irritating, as the light in the back would stay on. However, the employee that helped me was sympathetic, which I appreciated. Still, I won't be going to this location again.

I have been to this location three times, and have been helped by four different people. Everyone is extremely nice and incredibly helpful. They truly made my moving experience lovely.

The agent, Roland Silva, is not merely rude, I believe he is a danger to the public. I could tell his civil facade is thin and he didn't it almost instantly. Basically, hearted my four hours before we were done, ok if that's the rule, but then he took a long chatty call. When I asked him to put the call on hold while we finished up he 'lost it's. From that point on, I just can't adequately describe his bizarre behavior. He got me so upset that I swore under my breath and he truly made me afraid for my safety. I would never subject myself or others to that treatment. I got physically ill afterward.

The phone app was wonky. It said it could not find my location. It probably required some sort of browser setting that I was not familiar with. Roland (the employee who helped me) eventually had to fill in the info on his computer. So this is NOT a location issue but a UHAUL software issue.

Stop ripping people off I was charged $200 for one day in town use there is no way I did more then 30 miles
