I want to give it an average rating but I can’t. The staff wasn’t consistently helpful, nor was the facility. For several months the internal sliding door was broken so they had to limit access to when the office was open. And then recently the elevator was broken. It’s just not a well run establishment, and nowhere near the level I was paying for. I will most likely never use uhaul storage again unless I have no other options.

Unit was gutted and all valuables stolen due to UHAUL not securing the unit from neighbors with the wall gap. Will never use again and will tell everyone.

Even though we spoke to people who worked there and told us the manager was letting homeless drug head people live in empty units. And they were then breaking into the other units. Unconscionable and unethical.

Guy helping was nice, but seemed distracted. Didn’t show me how anything worked (I.e key card to access the building - pretty important tho know). I would recommend making the door a priority to fix OR staffing through 10pm so that people can still access their units.

There is no secured cameras there for all units only on first floor and not all floors! For a long time things have been stolen from many other customers storage unit rentals and nothing got done from months ago. I had to move out of my storage because of items not safe there which cause me money i didn't have to use...having no choice but to move my things.
