Directions were not clear on how to access the keys for the truck nor did the attendant at the gas station location know. I called the number and waited 10 minutes to speak to someone and then another 20 minutes while she called the gas station and tried to figure out how to open the lock boxes. She gave me the code for each of the lock boxes and there were no keys inside. The code to the drop box was already on the lock so I opened it and luckily the keys were inside the drop box. This all took 40 minutes and I got an email saying I still had to return the truck at the same time I had originally set.
