The location was a very tight squeeze with parking curbs making it difficult to get the trailer. I also was told the price was going to be $134 and they charged me $170. Won't be using this company again.

I didn't realize this would be a mobile pick-up and mobile drop-off location. I had requested moving pads, but they weren't supplied during my pick-up. They recommended driving to another U-haul location to grab them.
Kristina MStore was closed when I arrived which required me to complete the hook up on my own. Fortunately I knew the procedure, else things could have been disastrous.
Daniel ABy far, the worst customer service and U-Haul rental I have ever had. The staff member and manager were both extremely rude; at one point, the manager used profanity when I tried asking why I was being charged more than my reservation confirmation stated: "Do you want me to f***ing Zelle you $25 dollars. Do you want the trailer or not?" (referring to the price difference, which was actually much more). I could go into greater detail, but bottom line is that they cancelled my online reservation, manually re-reserved the same trailer I had, and charged me more money. Even though I had the ability to reserve online (again) for the original, less expensive rate, they told me they wouldn't wouldn't let me leave the lot with the trailer if I rebooked online—forcing me to pay the higher rate or "go somewhere else". When trying to justify the higher rate, they told me I booked the drop-off location in a completely different state in the opposite direction—pretty sure I know where I'm coming from and where I'm going. Further, when I originally booked online, I scheduled the drop-off location in my home town (again, I know where I'm going). When they rebooked me, they scheduled the drop-off location for an unincorporated town that no one has ever heard of, located over 4 hours away. Perhaps this would have been fine if I didn't have to go through SIX customer service agents that didn't want to deal with it or waive the "wrong drop-off location fee" to rectify things and enable me to get rid of the trailer. Texas dispatch said it was an Arizona issue, Arizona said it was a Texas issue— back and forth multiple times. Thankfully, the SIXTH agent I spoke to was actually nice and willing to help. Bottom line, avoid this location unless you like doing business with A$$HOLES. *Note that this was a licensed dealer, not an actual U-Haul location.
