They were not there when I dropped it off at 3:30pm and then I was overcharged for gas and also charged for "After hours" return. Which their sign said was 5pm . And they weren't there!

This company charged me for insurance when I very explicitly told the representative on the phone that I didn’t want insurance. They’re scammers. When I asked for a refund, they ignored the request. Awful business.
